What is an SPF record?+
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a TXT record that lists which servers may send email for your domain. Receivers check it to detect spoofed mail.
What is the SPF 10 DNS lookup limit?+
RFC 7208 limits SPF evaluation to 10 DNS-querying mechanisms. Stacking many includes (Google, Zoho, a CRM, a mailer) often goes over and causes permerror.
Should I use ~all or -all?+
Start with ~all while you confirm every sender is listed, then move to -all — ideally together with a DMARC policy.
What SPF record do I need on The PowerHost hosting?+
