Refunds are available for shared hosting and cloud hosting, WordPress Hosting services if you are a first-time user of these services and are dissatisfied with their performance.

Domains
Indian Cloud Hosting
Reseller hosting
VPS hosting
Premium addons
Dedicated servers
Payment gateway charges
Refunds are also not applicable for any renewals.
Refund Request Process:
All refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket within the 7-day refund period.
Refund requests will only be considered if there has been no violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Refund Timeline:
Once a refund is approved, the payment will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-7 working days. The timeline depends on the payment gateway used, including Razorpay, Stripe, PayU Money, and Paytm.
