    • Refund requests can only be initiated if the product or service has not been delivered. To cancel an order or request a refund, you must submit a support ticket within this timeframe.

    • Refunds are available for shared hosting and cloud hosting, WordPress Hosting services if you are a first-time user of these services and are dissatisfied with their performance.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Refunds are not available for the following:

      • Domains

      • Indian Cloud Hosting

      • Reseller hosting

      • VPS hosting

      • Premium addons

      • Dedicated servers

      • Payment gateway charges

    • Refunds are also not applicable for any renewals.
