Why eKYC Verification?

As per the recent CERT-In guidelines, The PowerHost (operated by Nexta Web Solution Private Limited) is conducting customer verification and eKYC for all our services. Verification is now mandatory for provisioning of services such as:

  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting Packages
  • Virtual Private Server Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting
  • Dedicated Servers
  • SSL Certificates
  • Email Hosting
  • Backup Subscriptions
  • Other associated services

Unlike other providers, The PowerHost requires physical documentation for customer verification. We do not use third-party digital eKYC platforms at this time to maintain full control over your data privacy and verification accuracy.


๐Ÿ” How to Complete Your Verification?


  1. You will receive an email from The PowerHost with instructions regarding required documents.
  2. Submit scanned copies of the required documents (such as Aadhar, PAN, Passport, etc.) via the provided secure link or portal.
  3. In some cases, a selfie holding the submitted document may be requested for verification.
  4. Our team will validate your submission and proceed with provisioning your order.

Note:
- For international customers, we require Passport or other government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the document.
- Verification is mandatory before order activation.
